Registration
E S T S Customer services will acknowledge receipt of registration within 2 days but please note this does not confirm the event is taking place.
Joining instructions will be sent 10-14 days prior to the event confirming details.
Please contact us immediately if you do not receive an acknowledgement or joining instructions within the supplied period.

Transfers and Substitutions
Substitutions and transfers will incur a £20 administration fee.
In all cases written notification is required to confirm any changes to original details. Examination substitutions are not permitted if the candidate has been registered with an awarding body.
Cancellations of Registration
Any cancellation after registration will incur administration charges as follows :
35 days or more before first day of course -£30 charge
15-34 days before -50% charge
14-0 days before –Full fee charged
Delegates with Special Needs
E S T S aims to offer fully accessible events to all its delegates. Please help us to accommodate any individual needs that you may have by attaching a note to the registration form. We will contact you to discuss this as necessary.
Payment of Fees
Registration will only be confirmed on receipt of payment.
Bank Transfers (BACS)
Bank transfers can be made, but please ensure the invoice number is quoted with the payment and allow five working days clearance.
